Craig James is an XM Scientist specialising in CX for the APJ region. In this role, Craig is responsible for APJ CX Advisory Services at Qualtrics; which support, guide, and advise organisations as they design and manage CX programs. Craig is a long-standing CX practitioner, bringing more than 15 years experience in nurturing customer experience programmes, supporting leaders to measure and take action on feedback, and drive a customer-centric culture. He most recently led the CX and Innovation function for Optus Business and previously delivered a range of customer-impacting programmes around the globe during seven years with Deloitte in the UK.
